Lesson #5: Reduce brake noise

A smooth rotor surface finish is critical in controlling brake noise and with the Pro-Cut match machining service, the customer will have the smoothest finish available. Plus, disassembling the brake system, to perform the service, will allow the tech to be certain there aren't any other issues and they will properly clean and lube pad contact points and caliper slides.

"Mrs. Customer, I understand that brake noises can be very annoying, I've experienced that on my Toyota as well. A smooth and flat braking surface is the best starting point to eliminate brake noise. Our new Rotor Matching system will machine the rotor both true and flat on the vehicle and also give a surface finish better than most new brake rotors. That service is $___________if you're brake pads still have plenty of material left and we only need to match machine, clean and lube. Or $___________ if the brake pads also need to be replaced. Can I schedule you in for the service today?"
